New comics!!!!

Yes, I am excited!  A small bundle of comics arrived from a friend in USA.  Dave Pruitt does a remarkable thing and makes it his mission to find and locate comics that friends ask for..all for a dollar each.  This is particularly great for us over here in the UK who 1. couldn't get their hands on certain issues because they were never sent over here and 2. they so much cheaper and more abundant over there! 

So this morning, the package of 14 comics arrived.  It onlt took 8 days from him sending them to actually receiving them too.  The majority of comics I'm collecting now are older DC and Marvel comics from 1940's-1980's.  I used to have a collection of over 6000, which I sold back in 1997 for a pityful amount that I do not want to share!!!  So now I am trying to get back those comics I used to have.  I'm being a little more picky than last time, because I used to just grab and collect ANYTHING  I could find!

So today's little package that arrived had:
Secrets of a Haunted House 27, 28, 31, 38
Unexpected 197, 201, 201
Wierd Western Tales 53, 67, 68
Wonder Woman 267, 271
Unknown Soldier 222, 239

Now to buy these on ebay would cost at least £1-2 each on top of the postage from them all, so you'd be looking at at least £30-40 in this country!  So, a bloody bargain!
